Oriental Rugs ship anywhere in the Continental United States free! Any Oriental or Persian Rug that weighs 150lbs or less will ship anywhere in the 48 Continental United States Free of Charge by FedEx basic ground. We can ship any rug to Alaska, Hawaii or US Minor Outlying Islands for a small charge. International shipping is available, if you would like rates please call us at 1-855-GOT-RUGS (1-855-468-7847) or email us your postal codes and we will get back to you with the lowest rates available! Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer, please check with your local offices before purchasing.

Oriental Rugs over 150lbs will be shipped at our discounted FedEx rates. We will be happy to calculate this cost for you if you call us or email us with your postal information. We do not ship to P.O. or A.P.O. boxes at this time. We are happy to provide you with a tracking number upon request!

Oriental & Persian Rugs will ship in 1-3 business day (almost always within 24 hours, with the exception of holidays and weekends), and your package(s) will arrive in 4-8 business days. If you require your carpet faster, you can upgrade to express, 2 day, or overnight delivery at discounted rates.

We only charge actual costs for shipping. Our Oriental Rugs are fully insured against loss, theft and damage at no cost to the buyer. We professionally and carefully package our Persian & Oriental Handmade Rugs very carefully in Tyvac and seal the package against the elements to ensure your hand Knotted Rug arrives in pristine condition.

Please inspect your package before you open it. Do not open your package if you see any deviation, kinks, or if any part of your rug is exposed. If there is no visible damage to your package, carefully unwrap your rug and save the wrapping temporarily. Inspect the rug thoroughly front and back, and check for taint or stains and any other damage.

If there is any problem with your Oriental Rug, save the original packaging, and call or e-mail us immediately so we can rectify the issue. We may need the packaging if the damage was at the carriers' fault.
